Big Red EL is a trade name of Rediger Leasing LLC.

What we collect

When you send a request or referral, we collect what you enter: contact name, company, phone, email, equipment, dates, job location, notes and, for referrals, the referrer's name. If you refer someone else, please make sure they are happy for us to pass their details to a rental company. We also record the approximate country the request came from, based on the connection.

We count page views and clicks through to LoadMax Rentals using the page, the referring website and the approximate country. We do not store IP addresses, and we do not use cookies or advertising trackers. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.

If you email us, we receive your message and email address. Mail to our address is forwarded to a private inbox we use for the business.

Where it goes

• LoadMax Rentals, to arrange the rental.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores requests and traffic counts.
• Google Sheets and Slack, which we use internally to track and follow up on requests.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to three years for our business records. Traffic counts are kept in aggregate.
