Terms of Use
Last updated November 2, 2026
bigredel.com is operated by Rediger Leasing LLC, doing business as Big Red EL ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
What this site does
Big Red EL refers equipment rental requests to LoadMax Rentals. We are not the rental company. LoadMax Rentals sets rates and availability, provides the equipment, and handles delivery, contracts, insurance requirements and billing under its own terms. Any rental agreement is between you and LoadMax Rentals.
No guarantee of availability or pricing
Equipment descriptions on this site are general summaries for convenience. Specifications, availability and rates may change and are confirmed only by LoadMax Rentals. Sending a request does not reserve equipment or create a contract.
Your requests and referrals
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that, if you refer someone else, you have their permission to share their contact details for this purpose. Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive or automated. See our Privacy page for how we handle what you send.
Safety
Aerial lifts, telehandlers and heavy trucks must be operated only by trained, qualified and, where required, licensed operators, in line with applicable law and the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing on this site is safety, operating or engineering advice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from equipment rented from or services provided by a third party, including LoadMax Rentals. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to $100.
Links
Links to other websites, including LoadMax Rentals, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
